I really, really enjoy facilitating in the create space. The smaller snug room is great for starting sessions in and setting the scene; the attendees feel at ease immediately, and we can begin to get in the right frame of mind to be creative! From the first session, people were lying on the sofas/cushions and coming up with all sorts of brilliant ideas, which I don’t think would have happened in a traditional meeting room. The shape of the room is excellent; it feels comfortable and intimate without any sense of awkwardness. The larger space is really useful for activities like process mapping and cause-and-effect analysis. There is plenty of wall space to capture all output with ease. On a number of occasions I have stuck work up on the walls and asked for comment; it’s really spacious and easy for people to move around the room and contribute. The outputs we are getting from the create sessions are excellent, and a few people have spoken about the “magic” of create, which I think really speaks to how powerful the design of the space is. Thank you for building it for us!

The reception desk has made a huge difference to the practice by providing an excellent working space that serves every purpose. It is easy to maintain, provides privacy, and looks professional. Best thing we ever had; I love it.

Ken was the only designer able to understand our needs and come up with a good solution to our space and storage problems. The designs for our two reception and dispensary areas were well thought out, pratical and attractive. The furniture supplied is good quality and our local contractors had plenty of support from Ken during the fitting process.
